Building Culturally Inclusive Social Support Groups
The Eastern Sector Development Team have created a number of short films that share personal stories from consumers and staff, and provide advice and good practice in regards to diversity, inclusion, wellness and reablement. Using personal stories supports us in learning new and innovative ways to develop and deliver services that respond to the diverse experiences, interest and needs of consumers. It allows us to connect with people and understand how and why inclusive person-centered approaches are necessary.
